Readings are updated every second and displayed on a 3/8" LCD readout. Magnetic back allows for placement on a metal surface (incubators, freezers, water baths). Unit also incorporates flip-open easel for use on lab bench and spring fastener for clipping to any edge. Stainless-steel probe with piercing tip allows constant exposure to extreme temperatures at the ends of the range. To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Traceable certificate is provided from our ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). Full-Scale Thermometer Plus model switchable temperature ranges are -58 to 572 degree F. Resolution is 0.1 degree from -20 degree to 200 and 1 degree elsewhere. High/low alarm, minimum/maximum memories, and hold. Accuracy: +/- 1.0 degree C between -20 to 100 degree C. Thermometer measures 2-3/32" diameter by 9/16" depth; Probe measures 5.75" length by 1/8" diameter. 10' cable length. Supplied with a Traceable certificate and 1.5V silver-oxide battery for 1.5 years of continuous use.
